I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is ideal as it's right next to the bus station, making it convenient for travel. While the breakfast was decent, the overall service and attention to guests were lacking, particularly when it came to handling luggage. The value for money was questionable given the issues I faced during my stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel during the carnival weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating all our needs and even offering us a fair rate for extending our stay. The continental breakfast was available for three hours each morning, and we had a magnificent view of the sea from our balcony on the 6th floor. However, the noise from the surrounding area, especially at night, made it difficult to sleep well, which was a downside.
